Membership opportunities at Lothianburn are currently open in all categories and joining fees in all categories are waived for the 2008 season.

Unlike many other Clubs, Lothianburn only uses winter greens when dictated by extreme weather conditions. A Winter Membership category, running to the end of March, is now available to members of other clubs who prefer to play on normal greens throughout the winter. Please contact the Secretary for details.

Notes:

*Junior Membership Restrictions - permitted hours of play as follows -

• On Monday to Friday (inclusive) up to 5.00 p.m. and after 7.00 p.m.
• On non-competition Saturdays between 10.30 a.m. and 12 noon and after 4.30 p.m.
• On non-competition Sundays between 10.30 am. and 12 noon and after 2.30 p.m.
• On competition Saturdays and Sundays after 4.30 p.m.
• Juniors with handicaps of 18 or less will be permitted to enter Gents Monthly Medals if there are spaces available after the draw has been made.

* Ladies Membership - Ladies are entitled to unrestricted access on payment of the full membership fee. On the reduced fee (70% of the full fee + SLGA levy) permitted hours of play (April to July) are as follows -

• On Tuesdays and Thursdays before 5.00 p.m. and after 7.00 p.m.
• On Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays all day
• On non-competition Saturdays between 10.30 a.m. and 12 noon and after 3.30 p.m.
• On Gents competition Saturdays and Sundays at 3.30 p.m. or when the last match has reached the 2nd tee after 3.30 p.m.
• From August to March inclusive, no restrictions.
